Jami
Dental Hygienist
Jami graduated from the IU School of Dentistry in 2000. She completed a program in pain management and local anesthesia administration in 2012. Jami grew up in Indiana and is now married with two children. On the weekends, she enjoys running, boating, and spending time with her family. What she likes most about working with PDC is engaging with and getting to know her patients’ personal and health goals and helping them achieve excellent oral and overall health.
Christine (Tin)
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Christine is a licensed dentist from the Philippines. She studied and graduated as an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA) from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 2006. She is certified in orthodontics and PRP. Christine is thankful to God for her love of dentistry and her healthy and blessed life.
Missy
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Missy is originally from Kentucky and studied dental assisting in Michigan. She graduated from the Indiana University School of Dentistry EFDA program in 2006 and has been with PDC since 2003. Missy is happily married and enjoys travelling, spending time with her family, and working outdoors.
Fernanda (Fern)
Expanded Functions Dental Assistant
Fernanda has been a dental assistant since 2019. In 2021, she moved to Indiana and became an Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA). She completed her education at Ivy Tech Community College. After she became an EFDA, she loves dentistry even more because she is able to help patients with their smiles.
Jenn
Front Office Manager
Jennifer began working with PDC in April 2023 and completed her Human Resources Management Certification from Rutgers University later that year. She is originally from New Jersey and enjoys what the Midwest has to offer. Jennifer is married and a first-time mom to a beautiful baby boy. She enjoys traveling with her family and is always ready to lounge on the beach with a good book.
Triesa (Tee)
Treatment Coordinator
Tee first became interested in the dental field as a child. She has her Associate’s Degree in Dental Assisting from Fortis College. Tee started at PDC as a dental assistant and worked her way up to being the Treatment Coordinator. She enjoys her job at PDC and helping patients become more confident in their smiles. Tee is also a mom and enjoys spending time with her son and family.
Marife
Treatment Coordinator
Marife works at the front desk at Preferred Dental Care. She also creates the marketing and promotional materials for our office. She has a Bachelor Degree in Advertising and Public Relations, and she is also a Certified Nurse Aide and Fitness Instructor.
Marife has 20+ years working experience in Customer Service in the fields of hotels, fitness and direct patient care as well as 10 years working experience as an Event Project Manager for various community and international events. Her favorite part of working at our office is meeting and talking to our patients. Her hobbies and personal interests are focused on travelling to different places and countries, so she can take lots of photos and try their cuisine.
Sandra
Dental Assistant
Born in El Salvador and arriving in the United States at the age of 17, Sandra earned her Dental Assistant Certificate from the Dental Assisting School of Indianapolis. She looks forward to earning more certifications, such as EFDA and Ortho Dental Assistant.
Sandra is happily married and enjoys cooking, shopping for decor, and caring for plants. She loves the team at Preferred Dental Care; they really make the office feel like home.
