Secondly, you will wear the custom trays every night with a conditioning solution 2 weeks prior to your actual whitening day. This helps prepare your teeth for the whitening. Finally, you will come into our office where we will apply the whitening gel to your teeth in-office. This often results in a whiter smile of 4 - 8 shades!
